This was a different kind of project -- a commercial gym build-out from empty space to fully equipped training facility. The owner needed squat racks mounted and secured, turf flooring installed, equipment positioned, and everything dialed in so the space was ready for clients on day one. It's not a typical handyman job, but that's the point. When you need someone who can figure it out, build it right, and get it done -- that's what I do.
What Went Into This Build
Project Photos
The finished gym -- equipment installed, turf laid, ready for business.
Training floor layout designed for multiple clients at once.
Commercial-grade flooring built to handle heavy daily use.
Not Just Residential
Most of my work is in homes, but I take on commercial projects too when the fit is right. A gym build-out is a great example -- it needs someone who can read plans, solve problems on the fly, anchor heavy equipment safely, and handle flooring that has to take real abuse.
The owner of this gym didn't want to hire three different contractors and play project manager. He wanted one person who could handle the whole thing. That's exactly how I work -- one guy, start to finish, every detail accounted for.
Commercial Build-Outs in Utah County
If you've got a commercial space that needs to be set up -- gym, studio, office, retail -- I can help. I handle equipment mounting, flooring, wall modifications, storage solutions, and all the build-out work that turns empty space into a working business.
I serve businesses across Utah County -- Payson, Spanish Fork, Springville, Salem, Santaquin, and surrounding areas. For the right project, I'll travel to Park City and Summit County too.
Same approach as my residential work -- one person who owns the project, honest pricing, and quality you can count on.
